If you'd like to join a PolarExplorers expedition
registering is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

1. Download and complete an application and either fax it to us or send it to our office with a deposit for 25% of the expedition... -OR - register in minutes over the phone by calling us at 1.800.732-7328 (inside the US & Canada) or 847-256-4409 (outside the US & Canada)

2. We'll send you detailed confirmation material including our highly prized Polar Handbook, which includes information on training, clothing, equipment, recommended reading, press releases for your local newspaper, and much more. We'll assist you with your travel arrangements and be available to answer all of your questions. If you're participating in our Polar Shakedown trip (highly recommended for all ski and dogsled & ski expeditions) detailed confirmation material will be included. You will need to complete and return a number of forms to PolarExplorers prior to your expedition. In addition, as your departure date approaches we will ask for a copy of your travel itinerary.

3. Follow our recommendations as you prepare for your expedition. At any time, give us a call with questions - we are always available to assist you!
