If there's anything better than having a deep sleep inside a tent (with no wake up call!), it might be getting served pancakes and eggs with syrup and jam. That was the morning routine today for our group of climber's at Vinson high camp.

Garrett and Keith cooked up a delicious breakfast which everyone ate in the communal dining tent before making their way back to their tents for a good afternoon nap. Sounds tough doesn't it? And when we spoke with them they were just getting ready for round two in the dining tent. This time it was home made fish and chips. But it's not all about eating. There is plenty of time to enjoy the phenomenal views. See below for some pics (thanks to Michael Creasy for the shots!). Their plan is to go to bed early tonight and get a good start for their summit bid tomorrow. Everyone is doing well, and spirits are high.
